The fine print, in plain English

Terms of Service

These terms cover the Full-Value Blueprint and anything else you buy from Flip Your Points. I've tried to write them the way I'd explain them across a table.

Effective October 26, 2026 · Last updated October 26, 2026

1. Who these terms are with

"Flip Your Points," "I," and "me" mean Joshua King, doing business as Flip Your Points. "You" means the business owner who buys the service. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Full-Value Blueprint includes

The Full-Value Blueprint answers one question about your business spending: is your current credit-card setup good, and if it isn't, exactly what should change? It covers one owner and one business and includes:

You'll receive your Blueprint within 7 business days of our call. Multiple entities, multiple owners, additional calls, and ongoing updates aren't included and can be quoted separately.

3. Price and payment

The founding-client price is $250, paid in full up front through Stripe. It's available to the first 10 clients; after that, the price for new clients is $500. The price you paid is the price you pay: there are no add-ons unless you ask for additional work and agree to a separate quote.

I don't see or store your full card number. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms.

4. Money-back guarantee

If your Full-Value Blueprint doesn't find at least $500 in conservative first-year value, I'll refund the full $250. Email me within 30 days of delivery to claim it.

The guarantee is tied to one thing: whether the Blueprint finds at least $500 in conservative first-year value. It isn't a satisfaction guarantee, so it doesn't depend on whether you like the recommendations or choose to act on them. Here's exactly how "conservative first-year value" is measured, so there's no room for argument later:

Claims must be made by email to ask@flipyourpoints.com within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Guarantee claims are separate from the cancellation rules in section 5.

5. Cancelling, rescheduling, and missed calls

These rules cover your purchase and your call. They're separate from the money-back guarantee in section 4, which covers the value found in your delivered Blueprint.

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. What I need from you

The Blueprint is only as good as the information behind it. You agree to give accurate, reasonably complete information about your business, your spending, and the cards you hold, and to tell me if something important is missing or changes before delivery. Recommendations based on inaccurate or incomplete information may not hold up, and the guarantee is measured against what you shared.

I'll never ask for bank or card logins, passwords, full account numbers, security codes, or PINs. Please don't send them.

7. What this is not

Flip Your Points is not a bank, lender, card issuer, credit-repair company, tax advisor, legal advisor, or financial advisor. The Blueprint is educational and strategic in nature. Specifically:

8. Estimates, not promises

Rewards figures in your Blueprint, on this website, and in the free Rewards Opportunity Score are estimates. Actual results depend on your real spending, how merchants code purchases, card terms, issuer rules, annual fees, and your eligibility. Card terms change often: recommendations reflect terms as I understand them when your Blueprint is delivered, and I can't control later changes by issuers. Examples on this website are illustrative, not client results.

9. Affiliate compensation

Flip Your Points is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any issuer, airline, or hotel brand. I may receive compensation if you apply through certain links. That compensation doesn't determine which cards are evaluated or recommended, and some recommended products pay me nothing. You're always free to apply directly with the issuer instead.

10. Your information

I use what you share only to prepare your Blueprint, communicate with you, and keep basic business records. I don't sell your information. I may use anonymized, aggregated results (for example, "a contractor spending $20,000 a month found $X in value") to describe my work, but I won't identify you or your business without your written permission. You can ask me to delete your intake materials at any time after delivery.

11. Using your Blueprint

Your Blueprint is yours to use for your own business. Please don't resell it or republish it as your own work. The methods, templates, and frameworks behind it remain mine.

12. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost rewards, credit-score changes, declined applications, issuer decisions, fees charged by third parties, or changes to card programs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

13. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email me first; I'd much rather fix it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
